Once your application has been successful we will contact you to arrange a delivery date, we aim to contact you within 24-48 hours of your application. Delivery is usually within 1 week.

The product will be repaired or replaced if you have taken out the Theft & Accidental Damage Waiver. This costs a little bit extra but covers you for any accidental damage to the product. Please ask our Rental team for more details when you place your order. If you have not taken out the Theft & Accidental Damage Waiver or if your account is in arrears than you are expected to reimburse Hughes for the written down value of the product.
Hughes employees will always deliver your rental goods.

No, delivery and installation is free.
For domestic customers our minimum period of hire is 12 months.
Rental payment is one month in advance and for new customers only, a one off £25 or £35 administration fee is payable (depending on credit status and the type of products you have requested to rent). The prices quoted are for payments made by direct debit; alternative payments methods may be subject to a surcharge. Prices include VAT at 20%.

Until a written notice of termination is given in accordance with our terms and conditions, all contracts continue thereafter for the minimum term at the current rate.
Rental agreements are 12 month minimum contract.
You are able to upgrade for a new product at the end of the contractual period. Please use “contact us” form to upgrade your item. You may also visit your local store.

You need to be over 18 years of age and able to provide address details for the last 3 years in the UK. The actual applicant will need to be present to receive the goods and show an agreed form of photographic ID.
We offer commercial rental and currently supply to many businesses the rental of both large screen TV’s and commercial kitchen appliances. Please get in touch for a quote.
